Leonardo is Senior Business Consultant at Atos Consulting. Leonardo is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), he Structures, plans, initiates, monitors, governs and manage projects. He performs risk assessment, develops contingency plans and realigns program/project efforts and ensures accurate administrative management and reporting for each project, in accordance to the (PMO) guidelines.
Leonardo is a change management coach with more than 15 years’ experience in managing change and project execution, coaching different management levels from supervisors to executives in handling change. He has experience in Process Automation having worked for Rockwell Automation for more than 4 years. Reporting to the SSB (Systems and Solutions Business) EMEA PMO, he managed large and complex automation programs and projects across a wide range of industry sectors.
He also contributed to the development and advancement of Project Management capability across the EMEA region, providing leadership and direction to less experienced project managers, and supporting the development and use of global / regional Project Management and Engineering methodology.
