    For the operation of Water Resources (e.g. Rivers, Dam and Ground Water in various Provinces. Some of my responsibilities involved the liaison and engagement of multi-stakeholders (e.g. Water Boards, energy sector, Irrigation Sector, Dam /river System Operators). I have been responsible for river systems operation of the Vaal and Orange River Systems among others. I was a member of the Bilateral and Multilateral Trans-boundary River Commissions namely: Permanent Water Commission (PWC) (between South Africa and Namibia) and the Orange-Senqu River Commission (ORASECOM) (between South Africa, Namibia, Botswana and Lesotho) , which were donor funded through GTZ and USAID. I also represented DWA at the 10th Kovacs Colloquium Conference held in UNESCO, Paris (2010); at the Stockholm World Water Forum in Sweden in (2011), and in Sri-Lanka (2006) through f the South Africa Water Sector (SAWS) in Support for the Tsunami Disaster Relief Program.

    • I was responsible for integrated management of projects in the different provinces and catchments, the coordinating multi-stakeholder meetings with various water users from the mining, power generation, industrial, urban, domestic/municipal and agricultural sectors, Water Resource Management Institutions, DWA Regional Offices, Provincial and Local government. • I also attended various summits and workshops relating to National Spatial Development Perspective (NSDP), Integrated Development Planning (IDP) workshop, and development of Internal Strategic Perspective (ISP). • My work entailed the the management of Professional Service Providers (PSP) for current and future National Water Resource Planning. • I served as a Chairperson for the Transformation Committee (TC) for our division (2005/2006), reporting on the Employment Equity on Quarterly basis. I also represented our division at the National Transformation Forum in 2004/2005 and 2005/2006.

SAP-HR and Industrial Relation issues) during my leadership role; I learned about the manufacturing process from the raw material to packaging stage of production, I also gained the experience on total quality control ( HACCP, ISO 14000 and ISO 9000) from raw material (including Labs) to final product; Supply Chain Management with our internal and external customers, Problem solving skills, and the integration of the natural science, chemical engineering, manufacturing, and the sales and distribution knowledge.
