    Follow collections of VIP clients and overdue payments. Report to higher management cost, revenue & profit of each month Direct supervision on employee’s daily tasks, reports, sales meeting, and dividing their job to suit our business requirements. HR tasks, interviewing and hiring new employees for available positions to fit office necessity based on their skills & background. Secure job status on our online tracking website is updated properly and on a daily basis for all our jobs Setting the job routing and client updates on a timely manner and on our online tracking system Supply chain and logistics (shipments booking, insurance, clearance and transportation/delivery of cargoes properly) Responsible for day to day management of customers’ shipments and proper documentation based on rules and regulations of country of destination. Work closely with overseas agents, local agents Shipments control, follow up Client support Admin work under my supervision
