Office Management Assistant - Contact point that manages all supplier relations for the office landlord, recycling, maintenance, security and cleaning services, etc. - Administrative tasks such as calendar/meeting management, minutes-keeping, on boarding / off boarding, Slack and Salesforce. - Ensure the office is stocked at all times office stationery, coffee, kitchen perishables and more. - Arrange culture-building activities such as Monday breakfasts, mingles, parties, after work events. - Work together with the HR to update and inform about policies, organisational changes and other general information to those in the office. - Receive and welcome visitors and help them find their way around the office. - Ensure all office areas are tip-top ship-shape (kitchen, meeting rooms, living room, printer area, etc. - Registering blips / tags and keys for office personnel. - Replying emails addressed to the office from the HQ personnel and suppliers.
