The main duties of the current position are: monitoring queues in Amadeus, Sabre and other GDS systems, informing passengers regarding schedule changes of the flights, consulting with suitable alternatives as well as processing involuntary reissues and refunds via GDS. Contacting with airlines on the regular basis.
