I was responsible for all financial processes within the Dome Energy group such as budget, reporting, internal control, treasury and corporate governance. I ran the compliance office in Stockholm and managed press releases, the insider lists, website and other IR matters. I lead a finance team of 3-4 co-workers in Houston. I was part of the group executive management team. Reporting to the CEO and the board of directors. Key achievements: • Implemented TP documentation and a new bank covenant reporting • Delivered the financial material for a prospectus for a MSEK 70 capital rise 2017 • Closing of the books and annual reporting for the group 2016 and 2017 • Administrated 4 extra ordinary and 2 annual shareholders’ meetings

Responsible for all financial processes within the group; budget, reporting, internal control, treasury, corporate governance and payroll. Key priorities: structure the financial reporting from the newly started entity in Poland and managing the business transformation, when starting distance selling out of Poland instead of Sweden in March-16, and to be fully compliant in Poland for VAT, TP etc. Managed a finance team of 7. Part of the executive management team. Reporting to the CEO and the BoD.   Key achievements: • Creation of a finance team with a true team spirit and recruiting two new members • 2015 annual reporting for all 4 legal entities and the Danish branch with a recreation of the 2014 group accounting incl. purchase price allocation

My key priorities were to structure the financial reporting in Italy, Brazil and Poland as well as the total group reporting and to create policies and processes within my area of responsibilities. Responsible for business control and head of the trade accounting function with 9-15 accountants in Stockholm, London, Santiago and Auckland. I managed or participated in several projects; adjusting the organization after a major staff reduction, decentralization of business to Santiago 2004 and then centralizing the operation and accounting from Santiago and London back to Stockholm 2008, outsourcing of disbursement accounting to Dubai, implementation a new business system. From 1997 to 2000 I was alos Chief Accountant, responsible for accounting, tax, annual reports, budget, reporting, contacts with auditors.
