As Art Director, my focus is on design development on various digital platforms. In parallel, I develop and improve workflows, processes, and structures to achieve a more efficient way of working - all done to deliver content to the users of the highest quality, based on the overarching strategy, for the right platform and in the right design.
Leadership and leading through others interests me greatly and is done through conversation, understanding, and clarity. While processes often place the work at the center, they cannot exist or function well without people. Commitment to coaching people is not only important, but it is also crucial for us to develop the products we want.
