    Responsibilities: Daily monitoring and recording of all fermentations’ sugar concentrations, recording and bookkeeping of daily grape yields, labeling tanks and barrels, calculating the amount of and adding yeast, sulphur, tartaric acid, nutrients and enzymes to tanks and barrels, using a company vehicle to buy general cellar necessities and taking samples to Vinlab, general cleanliness of the cellar laboratory, moving, cleaning and adding sulphur to empty barrels, cleaning of cellar equipment and floors, assisting the winemaker with general daily admin and cellar-related activities and assisting with racking, topping, pump operation, sorting grapes, punch downs and bottle labeling.
