Hivos August 2014 - at Present• Developing and implementing integrated communication strategies including creating varied content products aimed at increasing visibility and effectiveness of programming.
• Building the technical communications capacity of Hivos’ local and regional grantees, focusing on both visual and written storytelling techniques.
• Managing the organization’s social media presence, identifying developing social platforms to tell Hivos and our grantees’ success stories and key messages, utilizing data analysis tools to track and increase follower engagement.
• Building effective collaborations and partnerships internally and externally to align activities, and ensure a coherent approach to communications.
• Planning and developing budgets for corporate communications and collaborating with other technical team leaders to ensure programme activities are in accordance with the project budget and work plan.
