I also worked closely with the director to ascertain feasibility of actor performances across the space, and helped mark out specific performance moments with tape.

This experience refined my listening skills in a hospitality-oriented environment. It was an oversubscribed, widely-lauded event that brought out my problem-solving skills.

It was a privilege to help patrons out, and accompany theatre-goers on their interactive experience with the cast of four major Shakespeare productions this season. There were one or two emergencies that had to be dealt with while on duty, and effective communication was critical to rapidly responding to client needs. This was an opportunity to ensure that everybody had the best possible experience, which involved curation and plenty of consideration.

    I troubleshoot everyday issues on computers, tablets and mobile phones. I've worked with Google and Microsoft's platforms of apps and services, and helped set up organisation accounts with these. I have some experience in hardware and networking issues, and hold an ICDL apart from certificates in hardware engineering and network configuration courses.
