    Design of MEMS technology-based dew-point capacitive sensor: It is very important that the chimney conditions are such as to avoid the formation of sulfuric acid. For this reason, chimney conditions need to be controlled. For this purpose, we designed a capacitor sensor to control the chimney temperature. In this project, the designs are based on COMSOL software.
