Alcatel-Lucent September 2008 - at Present• Interface with customer for deployment planning, progress, coordination, gap analysis/improvement
• Present and manages with customer the Scope of Work for new projects in order to limit scope deviation
• Deep Engagement with sales and pre-sales team during the opportunity phase to provide the necessary effort, project scheduling and the associate payment milestones, and risk register with associate contingencies and mitigation plans.
• Publish all the KPIs related to the associated BD and report the progress through EPM/GPMP Dashboard tool.
• Accountable for all Contract implementation process phases (deliverables, operation issues, budget, Risk management, Contract & procurement management, legal issues, invoicing & Cash flow follow up, sales/Margin/Customer satisfaction [SPM/PPI], ..) and manage the key interaction between the Business and the product life cycle management;
• Accountability from Orders to Cash collection with total revenue of 200 Million Euros.
