10 years bakery experience June 2003 - April 2013I'm a previously bakery manager who worked for a big retail giant called Pick n Pay Retailers of South Africa. After Pick n Pay in 2014 went back to college study for a National Diploma in Hospitality and Catering services management and completed in 2015/07/30 completed my theory and in 2015/10/01 started my internship program with Park inn hotel which ends in 30/09/2016. My passion lies with pastry kitchen, during my internship program I've trained in house keeping,bar,banqueting,restaurant,hot,cold and pastry kitchens. My passion is in paste kitchen since I've spend half of my life in the bakery industry and having understanding of bakery,raw ingredients,how to follow the recipe and the standardized recipes technical skill and knowledge of equipment and utensils and pastry I belief I can learn more if I can get a chance. Sanitation and safety is part of my curriculum in N4 on the course so learning on that position at large will increase the inside knowledge for me.
