• Issuance of Notices regarding admin related issues
• Attendance management including leaves and monthly reports
• Maintaining inventory of office stationary, kitchen and bathroom items
• Assigning and monitoring all lower staff
• Checking and forwarding of monthly bills regarding office administration
• Courier bills, Drinking water bills, stationary bills, kitchen item bills, etc..
• Build a good third party team for common services including Electricians, Plumbers, Carpenters, Service companies etc…
