I am'in charge of handling all inbound calls from customers regarding accounting issues, invoice copies, setting up payment methods, complaints and feedback, setting up of customer's profile and much more.
I am also in charge of post-sales follow up, care calls and tarification negociations.
I am an enthusiastic, independent, result orientated woman willing to relocate to either Barcelona or Valencia.
I am French native, fluent in English with intermediate level of Spanish and good level of Chinese language.
