These initiatives included; Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Go-2-Market, Risk Mitigation, Revenue assurance, Integrity and collections (RAIC), Organizational development and Big 5, Customer Registration  Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.  Project managed the implementation of IP Contact Centre (IPCC) and Voice Intervention for the Call Centre.  Initiated and managed the introduction of Customer Self-care services for Multi-links subscribers.  Managed new city roll out for Owerri, Onitsha, Awka, Enugu, Jos, Bauchi and Port Harcourt.  Managed New Product launches (EVDO Broadband (subscription Based and DCMP)).  Coordinated the Dealers, Corporate, Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) complaints and resolutions.
