    Coordination of Monitoring and Evaluation activities for all partnerships (16) across the Country (Kenya), Knowledge Management within E4D SOGA, and dissemination of Results. The role involves a heavy component on data collection, analysis and presentation, directly and through contractors using a multiplicity of tools. It is a complex Programme answering to three main logframes, in a co-financing environment.

    Key roles / achievements Coordinate Planning for Portfolio, Monitoring and Evaluation, as well as Knowledge Management and Internal Quality Management Promotion and use of the District Health Information System in Kenya and within the German Development Cooperation as the key source of routine Health Information in Kenya Data analysis and visualization Data Quality assurance Promotion of Data Use in the Health Sector particularly GIZ focal counties across all levels Implementing a results-based M&E strategy based on the BMZ commission Jointly with a team of component heads articulate, implement, monitor and evaluate respective work-plans and as aligned to institutional priorities and National Priorities. Monitor and Report for Results Development of indicators, continuous monitoring of processes and ongoing implementation of activities, as well as evaluating for results. Added responsibility in monitoring the Internal Control Environment.
