    As a Business Unit Manager for Application Operation my responsibilities are to secure smooth and stable operations to Banqsofts application platforms delivering our services to customers in the financial industry. My unit consists of about 30 employees located in Sweden, Norway and Poland. The team are staffed with highly skilled team leads, technicians, architects and technical account managers. The primary tasks are to secure daily operations on a 24/7 basis as well as handle design, change and implementation of new infrastructure and services.

    As head of a technical support and operations team my responsibilities were to lead a team of 7 employees working as support technicians, system administrators and mainframe operations. The team delivered technical support and maintenance to the retailers of Scania and Volkswagen's approximately 5000 users in a central server based solution. I was also the incident manager, responsible for handling all critical incidents and project manager running smaller projects and assignments.

    As a support technician I delivered support, management and troubleshooting of Bits Data's central server operated environment consisting of 320 servers and 5,000 users to Scania´s and Volkswagen´s retailers. Level 2 and 3 support of software from Microsoft, Citrix, Vmware, Cisco and Bits Data developed software solutions. Project management of minor projects and assignments.
