Maintain all records and supports reports for HR clearance from Principal Employer and depending upon nature of statutory function like EPF challan, ESI, Muster Roll, PF statement, F&F statement, EC and CLRA License validity and capacity permissible.
Liaison with govt. Authority to initiate and implement of rules related to labour law applicability according to the state of gazette.
Coordinate with available service provider, Vendors and AMC’s with their documentation. Processing their invoices and prepare check list to comply the required services, negotiate the contract, follow up and also process for renewal of contract.
Responsible to taking care of Employee grievances and take diplomatic action on situation.
