In F&B Production : *To perform all the tasks in the kitchen other then cooking and serving.
*Responsible for the hygieneof the kitchen.
*Prepare the kitchen before the chef arrives to cook.
*Remove tje required ingredients from the pantry and have to clean and cut the vegetable in advance.
*Assist the chef if they requres help.
*Report to the kitchen manager or the head chef.
*Clean all the equipment that is used in the kitchen.
In F&B Service: Buffet refilling, F&B service, , Bar stacking. Various Table setups.etc .
In Front Office (Guest service): Welcoming Guest, Scanning guest luggage and taking luggage in the guest room, Escorting guest to the guest room, restaurants &bar and to various outlets. Providing hotel and surrounding information to the guest. Etc.
In Housekeeping: Room making, Floor pantry stacking, Providing guest request. Etc.
