Execution of complex Local HR Processes, in line with existing policies and procedures, assuring high quality data management, as well as documentation, including on-going support to employees. Taking ownership of end-to-end processes (recruitment, leaves managing, employees leaving process), dealing with third party service providers. Maintaining and validating inputs related to personal data, employee life cycle activities and payroll in SAP database. Participation in additional projects: Individual Performance Ratings Project Employee on Payroll Project Global Redundancy Project Participating in several CI Projects (continuous improvement), e.g. Manual Payments improvements or my own initiative eliminating manual action on envelopes (decreasing the probability of data privacy breaches).
