▪ Working as CSC / NOC Manager for one of the largest managed Internet and hybrid networks, SD-WAN and Cloud connectivity solutions provider in the world, with more than 11,000 enterprises and government sites under management in 190+ countries. ▪ Managing the personal development, process knowledge and technical side of a team of around 40+ people comprising of Service Desk Agents, Tier 1, 2 Technical Engineers, Senior Technical Engineers (NOC). ▪ Working along with 3000+ suppliers and ISPs in order to support/troubleshoot customer’s internet connections, latency optimization, packet loss control, upstream peers path (BGP) in order to provide maximum up-time service level. ▪ Responsible for hiring technical personnels ▪ Managing the budget of the NOC / IT department. ▪ Reports directly to the CEO.
