Provide Escalation support for African KPMG firms
To manage the network applications and escalations team within the KPMG South Africa’s networking and communications function. The day to day operational function for this position includes the smooth running of the application and escalations team which includes but is not limited to KPMG’s Email systems, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SCCM, SCOM,WEB, SQL, server, VMware and networking environments.
To ensure the smooth running and operation of the messaging environment.
Resolve any network administration and escalation problems
Back-end application escalations
Ability to lead the N&C team in the absence of the Senior Manager.
Groom and mentor team members as required, performance manage poor performers.
Capacity management for areas of responsibility
