Experience

  • Research Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

    at Counselling Services Unit

    January 2018 - at Present

    Harare Province

I engage directly with its vast network of largely rural victims/survivors of political violence. I collect, analyse and report on primary data from these communities gathered from psychological assessment tools and research questionnaires. My projects include extracting and visualising trends from large data sets including a database of over 25,000 survivors. As an M&E expert, I am responsible for writing funding proposals, responding to RFPs, Consultancy TORs and then monitoring progress of awarded grants. I am therefore responsible for “telling the story” of the organization, selling its strengths and capacities and reporting accurately against targets and indicators. I recently successfully completed a large M&E exercise of a 3 year TRACE grant alongside Coffey International, including field (clients), staff and partners evaluations.
