    My experience is well over 19 years, and my exposure has been an international one, inclusive of countries like Algeria where I was appointed as Head of HR. Also, Dubai in a Regional post with other assignments and work in UK and Oman. I have also been nominated as a successor for the Head of HR role in HSBC Bank Egypt.
    My experience covers HR Management of all HR disciplines from a strategic and an in-depth, specialized perspective including Learning and Training, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employer Branding, Resourcing/Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, HR Commerciality & Business Partnership, HR Strategy, Performance Management, Employee Wellbeing and HR Operations, embracing the most advanced HR strategies, approaches, organizational values, an open diverse management style and a strong productive drive.
