    This company was a BPO industry (call center) i work with them for 3 years, within that time i was a sales agent, in team QA, acting team manger and a subject mater expert. My main job function was to mange over 25 agent coach and develop them to make them the best sale agent they could be. In addition i had to create a daily plan on how to meet targets including a fun fact to ensure a successful day.
