Equip, train, and supervise the daily operations of a 38-man Motor Transport Platoon that supports the transportation, distribution, and training needs of a 2,000-man organization, in Okinawa and while deployed to various countries throughout the Pacific theater. Manage and execute daily run rosters and driver qualifications, weekly scheduling, and long range training requirements. Document and analyze all tactical vehicle mishaps and incidents in accordance with USMC and Government of Japan regulations. Serve as advisor to Commanding Officer for all Motor Transport related matters.
