    I work part time for a market research company. I am responsible of the quality of the Finnish websites and of the satisfaction of the panel members. I send out polls, design short surveys and translate questionnaires and different texts from English to Finnish. Furthermore, I answer all inquiries and emails from the panel members.

    I was substituting the supervisor of Kultasuklaa (chocolate factory) kiosk in a touristic market place in Helsinki. I was in charge of sales, inventory, cash handling, cleaning, and maintenance of the stand. I worked by myself in the kiosk and as the head office was located further away, I learned to take initiative and solve challenging situations. I also had the chance to improve and benefit from my language skills as most customers were Swedish-, Spanish- or English speaking.

    At the Aberdeen University Dance Society I teach dancing once a week and create choreographs for our annual showcase. In 2011 and 2012 I organized dance workshops and initiated our University to participate in dance competitions around Britain. I was also a team leader for the competition teams (there were approximately 500 members in the society).

    As a sales assistant in Austin Reed my main tasks were advising and selling of men´s and women’s formal suits and clothing. I was also in charge of cash handling and general maintenance. I had to quit my job in the company as the branch in Aberdeen city got closed down.

    I was working as a receptionist and in charge of the switchboard at Elektroskandia. I was responsible of answering the phone and connecting people within the switchboard. I also dealt with general administrative work which included data entry and file organization. The job also included dealing with financial paperwork such as purchase orders.

    I was working as a waitress in a restaurant-bar in one of the busiest places of Disneyland. I served drinks and food and was in charge of the cleanliness of the dining area and kitchen. The job also included general customer service in many different languages (Spanish, French, English, Finnish).

  • Post-processing of printed matter and guiding new employees

    at Ifolor

    September 2009 - September 2010


    At Ifolor my job included guiding new employees and helping them to adapt to a new working environment, based on HR regulation. I was also a contact person between the recruitment firm and Ifolor. At the manufacture side I was cutting special materials, sorting the products and folding books. I was using many different electronic appliances. At the end of the processing I also packed and posted the products forward.
