Define, control and elaborate the annual budget for the Facilities & real estate department. Collects, classifies, processes and analyzes information and / or data necessary for the preparation of the budget. Prepares the preliminary draft and budget project of the assigned area and makes adjustments. Verify and record budget expenses on every account in SAP. Verify and analyze the forecast or budget availability. Make transfers between items and budget modifications. Prepares monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual tables and reports of budget execution. Take control of the budget. Compare the statistical tables of each period, and previous years, to observe the variation of the budget. It provides technical information regarding budget. Manage payment to suppliers.
