    • Develop the sales plans and strategies including the yearly budget and sales forecasts segmented by area, brand and clients in accordance with the company yearly guidelines and strategies. • Monitor and analyze the competition activities regarding pricing and product developing then take actions to stop the competition and gain from their market share. • Build effective relationships with all the vendors, do all the negotiations for pricing and product development and assure to get the best deals from them. • Set the proper processes to coordinate between the sales department and other related departments like logistics, warehouse and financing and sort out all the issues that might appear during the application • Manage a sales force of 15 managers, supervisors and executives, direct them to prepare the action plans to achieve their set target and review it against the achieved results on quarterly basis then correct any deviation to these plan
