     Prepare certify the monthly invoice of staff consultancy contract accordingly to the mandays and compute the mandays with the agreed rates.

     Taking and typing up minutes of meeting, technical meeting, safety meeting and weekly progress meeting.

     Preparing and reviewing attendance sheets and prepares weekly & monthly reports for invoicing to the client.

     Documents receive from contractor & client and maintain the log in Excel.

     Maintaining hard copy and soft copy of the documents & ensuring the acknowledgement of documents transmittals from site.

     Sending the reminder mails internally and externally for resubmission of pending documents with through mail for sending the comment sheet & submitted documents.

     Responsible for performing high-level Clerical/Office administration support, day-to-day operations and to assist in accomplishing specific special office projects.
