Tasks included developing of 30 strapping charts (vessel level and volume relationship); building of inventory sheet to keep track of raw material usage; making the tie-in tags on the pipelines based on the P&ID for construction; conducting the steam pipeline analysis for the whole plant to ensure the pipe size is sufficient for required flow rate using energy balance and heat balance; revising block flow diagram and P&IDs; field visit and verification; updated existing PFD • Built the incineration software dashboard to display the real-time waste storage tank usage and flow rate to the incinerator using Aspen tools (Process Explorer, Graphic Editor, Calc.), as to keep track and optimise the site-wide waste disposal

Negotiated with the manager to aid in standardising the safety feature of the boiler by generating the spreadsheet that calculates the time taken to reach critical water level from the normal water level of different sizes of boilers 4. Prepared and updated approval record, boiler specification record (BSR) by referring to business contract, purchasing order and 2D draft plan 5. Learned to use AutoCAD and applied in drafting 2D industrial boiler plan in 8 weeks
