    1、Mainly responsible for microwave T / R module gain unit, power amplifier unit and power supply unit research and development. During the period, the whole scheme of x-band T/ R module is demonstrated and the specific unit circuit is planned after the index is decomposed. 2、 Complete the design of power supply, gain and power amplifier of ku band buc. 3、 Based on the development experience of discrete components, a temperature compensation circuit scheme at limit temperature is proposed to solve the problem of temperature specific effect difference of RF small signal amplification, which usually needs to be solved by saturation drive (saturation usually leads to the increase of nonlinear components). At present, the compensation circuit is in the process of patent application.
