• Act as a point of the contact for the managers • Coach, support, mentor and challenge managers in the application of HR policies and practices, provide advice and guidance on complex HR issues in order to minimize Risk and financial exposure. • Coach managers on talent management and performance management. Work with managers on ways to best motivate and challenge their teams, (from high performers to under performers) to ensure employee performance, engagement and accountability. • Reduce rework, embed learning culture through structural approach towards continuous improvement interventions and coaching.
