Work with Technical Dept on Bill of Materials for product costing. Managed the full spectrum of the financial accounting functions, including timely and accurate financial closings and reporting, cost centre analysis and variance analysis for local management and head office in Europe. Ensured sufficient and timely project financing from head office and draw down from local banking facilities.
