  • Candidate Attorney

    at Beekhan Attorneys

    January 2016 - May 2018

    Province of KwaZulu-Natal

As a candidate attorney within a small corporate and commercial firm, I had been granted the opportunity of being closely involved in various matters, often running matters from start to finish on my own. I have become proficient in the drafting of court precedents and commercial contracts, particularly business transaction agreements. Having been closely involved in two mergers, I possess considerable knowledge in the area of competition law, in both the theory and application of the Competition Act. The highlight of my vocation as a candidate attorney was working as legal counsel to a large car dealership which has considerably broadened my knowledge in the areas of commercial and corporate law, particularly the Consumer Protection Act, National Credit Act, and Competition Act, amongst others.
