     Worked in a research project about chemical and biological analysis of ice samples from fast food restaurants.  Ice samples were collected from different fast food restaurants and were preserved carefully.  Metals and ions were analyzed using ICP-OES and ion chromatography techniques.  Bacteria (Heterotrophic bacteria, total coliform and fecal coliform bacteria) and fungi were identified by plating iced water in different media agars.
