AGENCY is a human-centred design studio with roots in IDEO Singapore. As an interaction designer, I work with clients from different industries to understand people’s behaviours, design concepts and visions tangibly, testing them with users, such that we can push forth reassuring and delightful experiences for people. In my role, I conduct user research, design and prototype. Most recently, I worked closely with our client in the media and healthcare industries.
