In a start up phase of dynamically growing company, I was in charge of creating, developing and performing full spectrum of Human Resources activities, including recruitment, benefits, leave management, HR regulations, HR administration, cooperation with payroll provider prior to insourcing it to the company. Helped to develop and stabilize internal office administration processes and standards. With company growth, I became Team Leader of HR and Administration department, supervising and supporting employees in their daily tasks.

As a part of HR and Payroll Team, I was responsible for HR administration and payroll, e.g. preparing hire to retire documents, registering employees to benefits programs, administering H&S trainings and medical check-up registrations, updating personel files, updating payroll system and preparing monthly payroll lists, settlements with Tax Offices, Social Security Insitutions etc. Additonally, I was responsible for implementation of online holiday requests' application, including testing, providing feedback and improvement ideas to progamming team, preparing manuals for users and translation of applications and manuals into English for foreign employees. I continued to work on this project on civil law basis until successful go live in 01.2016.

Payroll My main tasks included calculation of remuneration, preparation of monthly payroll for several clients and related payroll administration. I was handling queries of employees/employers in respect to payroll. I was preparing periodic reports as requested by given client, e.g. relating to employment, absences, wages, benefits, etc. I was involved in ad hoc projects, eg. preparation of HR budget plan, payroll related analysis for Board and Controlling, implementation and administration of new HR tools: for online holiday requests, new HR & payroll system for company's clients. Project Management For one of the biggest clients of PwC, I was preparing various reports, summaries, presentations regarding payroll processes and activities. I was responsible for timely coordination of payroll processes for client's offices in 30 countries, e.g. billing, payments, payroll calendars, as wellas for root cause analysis, implementation of changes and improvements in the processes.
