Responsibilities To perform daily work including monthly payroll calculations, data input in payroll system, its administration. Control attendance in continuity hours actually worked, and provide correction. Calculate Commission of Sales Department as per percentage, regarding their target achieve without any dispute arises. Generated reports for the reconciliation of miscellaneous payroll accounts, and prepared corresponding journal entries, and supporting schedules. Prepare WPS sheet as per Employee Code, and send to Exchange for SIF File. Reconciliation with Human Resources Department with Payroll sheet on Monthly Basis. Coordinated with the Human Resources Department on the input of new joinees, terminations, transfers, and salary adjustments in the payroll system Filed all payroll reports hard copy and soft copy monthly basis timely and accurately, if there is any Labor court concern I provide record on timely basis.
