Responsibilities
• Developing and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders;
• Consulting with managers on hiring needs and priorities;
• Understanding trends and issues in the talent marketplace;
• Strategic sourcing from a variety of channels including cold calling, internet searches and networking to develop a pipeline of qualified diverse candidates
• Conducting interviews;
• Facilitating debrief meetings;
• Developing competitive offers and closing candidates
Requirements;
• Demonstrated passion and ability to successfully identify, qualify, and engage diverse individuals at all skill levels;
• Broad understanding of diversity organizations and groups, comfortable communicating an engaging with members of all diverse communities.
• Working knowledge of a major applicant tracking system and sourcing tools.
• Ability to qualify an individual and understand each individuals qualities, and then connect that individual with the right opportunity at Cognizant.
• Extraordinary teamwork and multitasking skills.
• The ideal person will thrive and prioritize in a constantly changing environment.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications and Applicant Tracking Systems – Taleo preferred
