Cisco seeks a Client Service Manager to join its sales organization. This is a classic sales position focused on selling the value of Cisco Service Outcomes. The ideal candidate has a consultative approach, account planning experience, is comfortable with executive level communication, and has an aptitude for translating intangibles into quantifiable business value. This is a great opportunity to apply your sales skills in a services business area that is quickly growing as a key component in Cisco's success as a leader in its industry. Uses a strong understanding of networking product applications, network management techniques, and service strategies to develop high availability support solutions for large, mission critical networks.

Working with Customer, Partners, Cisco Services, CX and Product Teams, candidate will build understanding of customer needs, develop solutions for addressing those needs and delivering value, and execute on key opportunities to increase sales of Cisco Services.

Minimum requirements for this role:
o Consultative skills,
o Abilities in strategic planning, customer relations and retention, contract development and negotiation, and support operations and business management.
o Ability to work with territory sales organization, systems engineers, quality, customer advocacy support groups and consulting engineering.
o Team player
o Practical experience in managing by influence.
o 10 years minimum of field based customer service and sales experience/exposure in a high technology environment (networking preferred), managing large Enterprise Accounts and Public Sector Accounts o Degree (MBA preferred).
o Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
o Strong negotiation and closing skills are essential.
o General understanding of legal contracts.
o Organized and self-motivated.
