Main Responsabilities:
-Lead digital strategy for Brazil. Define the digital innovation and marketing ecosystem for the execution of personalized product, customer and patient focused digital programs.
-Work with the Digital team to co-create transformative digital platforms/solutions and to identify opportunities. -Strong networking and collaboration is needed with local, regional and global digital teams, to ensure learning process, upskilling and company process and standards implemented.
-Use market insights to formulate digital communication strategies and impactful leverage of digital channels.
-Develop non promotional support applications, deployed through social and smart phone media, to support patient awareness, information, and compliance as part of the omni-channel mix.
-Functionally lead and coordinate the Digital Business Partners team, vendors and 3rd party resources providing services to the area.



Minimum requirements
- Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- Advanced English skills.Spanish is desirable
- 5 Years’ experience either in developing/implementing innovative digital solutions, digital agency or pharmaceutical digital marketing team or consultancy on digital.
- Experience in applying digital technologies in healthcare and building unique customer experiences enabled by data and digital.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills and multicultural environment.
