Job Description Summary:

Build a mature and value relationship with our Bottlers Directors and Managers, by influencing and engaging them into the key Divisional Strategies by channel considering local constraints, in order to guarantee the System continuous profitable growth and ensure implementation of Division plans and strategiesKey Responsibilities:


- Develop, implement and monitor local brands and channels plans under national strategy (Big Bets) through a collaborative process with Bottlers and BU areas (Operations, Channel, Planning, Finance, Marketing, Key Accounts, Capabilities), in order to provide sustainable growth of Brands, capture local market value opportunities and contribute to deliver BU targets
- Propose and negotiate the KO strategies and the BP Plans to be implemented on Bottler’s Market by Channel
- Be an expert on local market tendencies, competitor’s strategies and socio economic variables, guaranteeing relevancy of national and local plans implementations. Defining plans targets and pointing out opportunities and risks to Bottlers proposals
- Analyze Bottlers Market situation in order to find issues and opportunities aiming at Company’s goals achievements, analyzing sales volume, Nielsen and pricing reports in order to assist decisions based on facts.
- Propose Operations resource allocation seeking productivity on both national and local brands & channels key-initiatives and maximizing funds use; shearing responsibility of Operations DMI management w/ Director
- Maintain a local routine with business partners and BU Shopper area ensuring communication flow and alignment
- Deeply Understand of local consumers and customer needs in key channels, in order to guarantee best strategies to address main opportunities
- Propose and negotiate the KO strategies and the BP Plans to be implemented on Bottler’s market by channel
- Develop immediate & future consumption plans to increase volume, change package mix and generate more profitability to KO System Business analyzing issues by packages and developing activities focusing trade, sales team and consumers
- Manage implementation and track results of Bars/on premise, Traditional/distributors and Supermarkets/emerging Plans with the Bottler, appraising execution, analyzing tracking reports and communicating results to KO System
- Analyze Bottlers Market situation in order to find issues and opportunities aiming at Company’s goals achievements, analyzing sales volume, Nielsen and pricing reports in order to assist decisions based on facts
- Work closely with the bottler to improve internal processes in order to maximize speed and effectiveness of company's response to changing market conditions and enhance go-to-market

Educational Requirements:


- Bachelor in Administration, Economy and / or Engineering
- MBA (Desirable)

Travel requirements:


- Travel, including overnight stays will be required up to 50% of the time
