Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in executing marketing campaigns at a agencies, consumer goods or tech company.
Marketing experience covering research, messaging, positioning, branding, creative development, campaign execution.
Ability to speak and write English and Portuguese in fluently and idiomatically.
Preferred qualifications:
Strong project management skills, with experience developing and executing marketing strategy successfully while collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus.
Successful track record of planning and rolling out large-scale/global marketing campaigns and ability to identify and implement scalable process improvements using a data-driven approach
Outstanding problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Comfort with ambiguity, fast paced environments and tight deadlines
About the job
Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
As a product marketing manager for search in Brazil, you’ll be an integral part of the cross-functional team that fuels the innovation behind Google search. We'll count on you to identify actionable user insights and opportunities for high priority launches, and then drive the marketing strategy in ways that delight our users and promote adoption. You’ll help millions of Google search users around the region to discover and use our latest and greatest features.
You’ll divide your time between working with cross-functional teams such as Global and Country Marketing teams, Engineering, Product Management, and Public Relations, and your end-to-end responsibility to define and drive the various components of the Brazil consumer marketing strategy (such as positioning, campaign planning and production of scalable programs with external agencies and partners).

Responsibilities
Work across several aspects of marketing – from branding and positioning to targeted outreach and strategy, go-to-market strategy, campaigns, advocacy, events and communication. Craft narrative, positioning, messaging, naming for new features and products.
Create and execute innovative strategies and marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement and product adoption. Develop actionable, data-driven insights to inform product and marketing strategy.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including product, user experience, design, analytics, creative and leadership, to drive product roadmaps, strategy and execution.
Leverage marketing insights to better understand our customers and represent the voice of the user. Advocate user insights and market trends that influence product direction.
Work with Product Managers to shape product roadmap, develop capabilities and help set the vision of the products.
