Inside Channel Account Manager (m/f)
Your main tasks: - Detect high business opportunities, acquiring new partners & resellers. - Manage them through the onboarding process and register them as partners. - Follow up on new registrations and create relationship in between new reseller and partners with the Client. - Respond in a timely and accurate manner to calls/e-mails from resellers, routing onwards if appropriate. - Provide basic general information on products for inbound and outbound calls or e-mails. - Process callout campaign based on a predefined list of resellers. - Process specific marketing on products and services.
Our profile of preference: - Fluent in English plus one of the following languages: German, Italian, Dutch, French or Spanish. - Previous B2B sales experience. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Proactive and ability to work in an independent way. - Highly organized and detail oriented. - Target/goal orientated.
