    Thanks for sharing this! Unfortunately I cannot agree with this article. I understand the perspective but believe people have different personalities. If our staff are trained in giving great customer service, even difficult ones can be converted. Who the would determine a not good fit? The choice I leave to the customer... we may not be a best fit but the customer will know without me being a "repellent"
