Job description

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor you will be responsible for supporting and supervising the restaurant and bar teams whilst overseeing daily activities within the department and hotel when duty manager.
Key responsibilities will include, supervising and controlling the shift and staff in the restaurant and bars, working with the Operations Manager in the running of events, carrying out departmental management duties such as payroll, Rota’s, health and safety management, staff training, stocktaking and administration tasks.
Experience in the food and beverage industry is beneficial. Generally shifts can consist of mornings, afternoons and late evenings, spread across a flexible working pattern.
