Looking after all Below the Line (BTL) promotional activities in my Area. Sales promoters and Beauty Advisors appointment at specific outlets where we get good result. Hiring space (hot spot) at selective outlets for display of products and ensuring good visibility by Merchandising Team. Outlet level proper activation by POP materials, as well as maintaining Share on Shelf as for market share. Planning all wholesale mandi activity as for budget and visibility plan given by company. Ensuring target achievement of New Categories (TLC) for the zone assigned with best Activation plans and focus of team. Trained 4 New TSO and 2 BLT. Proficient in handling a wide spectrum of sales activities from developing business plans/ to implementing and executing them in real time sales environments. Proficient at analyzing market trends for providing inputs & formulating selling & marketing strategies.
