Responsible for assisting clients/affiliates on account and product information. Solving customer queries online related to content and Shipment deliveries. Contacting with customers regarding content related issues and following up with concerned vendors for timely resolutions (Inbound & Outbound). Handled the responsibilities of conducting huddles/sessions for CS & TM agents regarding logistics process map & for an ongoing smooth process in increasing the sale revenue / customer satisfaction. Preparing and maintaining of daily , weekly and monthly MIS reports for data analysis and submitting of the same to HOD’s Co-operation and giving support to the finance team officials in account related queries and resolving of issues. Providing online feedback to the telemarketing representatives on a regular basis to make their best of efforts in sale pitching & ensure of prompt user satisfaction. Maintained and thrived to reduce the order shipments cancellation % ratio to an optimum level & exceeding the expectation thrust upon me.
